Jim is a yoga therapist and iRest teacher. After a lengthy career in the military Jim discovered the benefits of yoga to his mental and physical health. Jim's passion is to bring the benefits of yoga therapy to those who are marginalised, those with mental health issues and Veterans with PTSD. Jim continues to hone his yoga therapy skills by providing therapeutic yoga sessions on an ongoing basis at mental health hospitals, a major NDIS centre and Frontline yoga. As well as his general yoga therapy work, Jim is involved in supporting homeless Veterans get off the street and provides free one on one therapy sessions to struggling Veterans.
